TL;DR

Lead Product Designer (AI/Mobile): Crafting the future of hirify.global's Mobile and hirify.globalbot experiences with an accent on conversational AI and intelligent interfaces. Focus on designing end-to-end user flows for iOS and Android and mentoring other designers to scale design quality.

Location: Hybrid; must be based in Atlanta, Seattle, or San Francisco

Salary: $172,500 - $285,800 annually

What you will do

  • Define product direction and craft high-fidelity UI, prototypes, and sketches for hirify.global's mobile and conversational experiences.
  • Collaborate with leadership to influence product area direction and improve overall design processes.
  • Work cross-functionally with engineering and product partners to ensure high-quality implementation and iteration.
  • Lead by example through hands-on design and by fostering a healthy design critique culture.
  • Mentor other designers, support hiring efforts, and evolve team practices.
  • Identify connections across initiatives to deliver a cohesive end-to-end user experience.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in a Product Design role delivering mobile products from start to finish.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing interaction design, visual design, and systems thinking for mobile or conversational products.
  • Deep understanding of iOS and Android design patterns and platform conventions.
  • Experience designing conversational or AI-driven interfaces (bots, assistants, intelligent features).
  • Related technical degree required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
