Compensation: $118,000 - $155,400

What you will do

• Partner with GTM leadership to develop polished messaging and written communications reflecting their strategic positioning.
• Create thought leadership content, including op-eds, bylines, and social posts to amplify executive voices.
• Prepare executives for keynotes and industry events through content development and messaging rehearsal.
• Build and manage streamlined workflows for executive social media and maintain a reusable content library.
• Plan and execute internal forums, All Hands, and leadership Q&As to connect teams to company direction.
• Collaborate with PR, Marketing, and Field Marketing teams to align narratives with broader GTM campaigns.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in executive or corporate communications, ideally in enterprise tech or high-growth environments.
• Proven track record of supporting senior executives with written communications and visibility programs.
• Exceptional writing and editorial skills with the ability to adopt various executive voices.
• Strong operational and project management skills to manage multiple workstreams and workflows.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities and senior stakeholders.
• Must be based in the United States (Menlo Park, CA).

• Familiarity with B2B technology, GTM strategy, or marketing/sales dynamics.
