What you will do

• Direct and coordinate field workforce and support staff for new installation and modernization projects.
• Plan and assign work based on timelines, ensure compliance with contracts, quality, and safety standards.
• Investigate incidents, conduct safety talks, monitor on-site performance, and oversee project execution.
• Liaise with customers, contractors, and managers to maintain relationships and ensure satisfaction.
• Participate in recruitment, training, and union matters while optimizing manpower and resources.
• Provide technical support, feedback for improvements, and stay updated on elevator technologies.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in elevator industry as mechanic or adjuster.
• Thorough knowledge of elevator maintenance, modernization, or repair with field experience.
• Strong mechanical and electrical reasoning, ability to read technical documents.
• Demonstrated personnel management, customer service, project management, and communication skills.
• Able to work under pressure, multi-task in fast-paced environment.
