What you will do

• Travel to customer sites for preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and installations
• Analyze technical issues, escalate when needed, and follow standard operating processes
• Train customer operators and support production efficiency
• Monitor service contracts, contribute to business development, and represent hirify.global professionally
• Ensure compliance with safety, food quality, and reporting standards
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and promote safety culture

Requirements

• Up to 3 years of experience in maintenance, service, or installation roles
• Education in industrial systems, mechanical or process engineering
• Strong mechanical knowledge
• Fluent English
• Ability to travel up to 90% of the time
• Proactive, customer-first mindset
