What you will do

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve equipment failures on customer sites within SLA timeframes
• Train operators on testing, tuning, and operating equipment for optimal performance
• Solve technical problems using right-first-time techniques to prevent repeat failures
• Plan daily routes for efficient service delivery, including preventative maintenance
• Provide remote advice on equipment and software use
• Manage spare parts stock and complete service documentation promptly

Requirements

• Experience with electro-mechanical paper handling, large production print, or print finishing equipment
• Diploma or certification in electrical, mechanical, or electronic engineering
• Ability to work under pressure on customer sites to tight schedules
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Skills to diagnose and resolve critical equipment failures
• Clean full driver’s license
• Strong organizational and planning skills; ability to work independently

Nice to have

• Experience in graphics, wide-format printing, or high-end document systems
• Field service engineering background
