Location: London (Hybrid: at least 3 days per week in-office)

What you will do

• Design, develop, and implement scalable software solutions across new and existing system architectures.
• Lead technical analysis of complex assignments, including coding, testing, and debugging.
• Build reliable integrations between AI services, structured data sources, and enterprise platform components.
• Drive security-conscious development practices and ensure cross-platform compatibility.
• Mentor team members and champion best practices for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong software development experience with Python for building scalable backend services.
• Proficiency in SQL for working with structured enterprise data.
• Experience building and integrating APIs and data pipelines within enterprise environments.
• Proven experience working on AI/ML-enabled products or platform capabilities in production environments.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across engineering, product, and client-facing teams.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in financial markets, mathematics, or computer science.
• Experience in fintech, capital markets, or regulated technology environments.
• Familiarity with emerging AI technologies in enterprise platforms.
