What you will do

• Build and maintain workflow automations using n8n, Zapier, or Make, utilizing JavaScript for logic and data transformation.
• Integrate LLM APIs into commercial workflows for lead qualification, content generation, and rep prioritisation.
• Query and transform CRM and commercial datasets using SQL to support automation inputs and reporting.
• Implement logging, error handling, and monitoring to ensure production-grade reliability.
• Track and analyze the impact of automations on sales metrics and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with commercial teams to identify technical constraints and solve business problems.

Requirements

• Proven experience building workflow automations in a production environment using platforms like n8n, Zapier, or Make.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript for workflow logic and experience working with REST APIs and webhooks.
• Solid SQL skills and experience navigating CRM systems like Salesforce.
• Experience integrating LLM APIs into workflows and familiarity with agent patterns.
• Background in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Must be able to work from London or Lisbon with a hybrid attendance requirement.
