What you will do

• Identify and execute high-impact AI applications across trading, customer operations, and product development.
• Redesign core operational processes to be AI-first and highly efficient.
• Eliminate manual workflows through intelligent automation.
• Develop internal AI tools to supercharge cross-functional teams.
• Rapidly evaluate and integrate emerging AI technologies into the business.
• Act as a primary bridge between technical engineering teams and business functions.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree from a top university in STEM.
• Deep curiosity about AI and a proven track record of applying it in real-world settings.
