HR Manager
Akvelon, Serbia (hybrid or remote)
Akvelon is an international IT outsourcing company made up of several development centers that work like independent teams.
We cooperate with big-name clients like Microsoft, Reddit, Dropbox, Bloomberg, and other well-known global tech companies.
About the role:
We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Manager to join our team in Serbia and drive key HR processes across the company. In this role, you will act as a trusted partner for employees and managers, supporting business growth through effective people management and engagement.
Requirements:
💦2+ years of experience in an HR Manager / People Partner role 💦Strong understanding of core HR processes (onboarding, performance management, employee lifecycle, engagement) 💦Upper-Intermediate (B2+) level in English and Russian 💦Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills 💦High level of ownership 💦Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills 💦Ability to work with data and make informed decisions 💦Experience in the IT industry will be a plus

Responsibilities:
🌸Act as an HR Partner for teams: support employees throughout the full lifecycle (onboarding, adaptation, development, offboarding) 🌸Conduct regular 1:1 meetings and support employees’ professional and career growth 🌸Maintain and update HR systems and employee records 🌸Participate in and improve performance review processes 🌸Build strong relationships with employees and managers, acting as a trusted advisor 🌸Monitor employee engagement and satisfaction, identify improvement areas 🌸Identify retention risks and proactively develop mitigation plans 🌸Contribute to corporate culture initiatives and internal activities 🌸Participate in employer branding and HR brand development 🌸Support and collaborate with international team members
