What you will do

• Act as trusted adviser to commercial businesses, providing proactive legal guidance on growth and innovation in European operations.
• Handle day-to-day legal enquiries from European business units, delivering timely solutions.
• Negotiate and draft complex commercial contracts, including partnerships and client agreements.
• Manage contract governance and external counsel for cost-effective outcomes.
• Advise on regulatory frameworks like financial services, data protection, and TFS regulations.
• Collaborate with sales, product, security, compliance teams and global legal function.

Requirements

• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Law degree and minimum 5 years’ legal experience, ideally in payments, TFS or fintech.
• Background in corporate and commercial law from law firm or in-house.
• Expertise in negotiating/drafting complex commercial contracts.
• Solid knowledge of financial services, TFS regulations, data protection & privacy.
• Experience managing external counsel and contract governance.
