What you will do

• Provide legal support for commercial activities across audio, digital, and outdoor platforms.
• Draft and negotiate advertising agreements, sponsorship deals, and platform partnerships.
• Advise on marketing campaigns, brand collaborations, and talent engagements.
• Support major entertainment events, handling artist bookings, venue hire contracts, and ticketing terms.
• Develop legal templates and guidance to improve consistency and risk management.
• Integrate legal technology and AI tools to improve efficiency and output quality.

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with 5+ years PQE.
• Strong commercial contracts experience gained in private practice and/or in-house.
• Expertise in media, advertising, marketing, or entertainment law.
• Proven experience with talent agreements, sponsorships, and brand partnerships.
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills with a pragmatic, solutions-led approach.
• Confident in influencing senior stakeholders within a fast-paced environment.
