What you will do

• Define and own the middleware and integration product roadmap aligned with digital transformation and enterprise systems strategy.
• Architect end-to-end integration solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) across Oracle Fusion ERP and SCM modules.
• Lead EDI integration strategy for supply chain transactions and manage integrations with 3PL providers and retail partners.
• Lead cross-functional workshops with Finance, Supply Chain, and IT stakeholders to elicit requirements and identify process gaps.
• Mentor a team of consultants and analysts while managing third-party vendors and offshore delivery teams.
• Establish governance, standards, and security for enterprise integrations, ensuring compliance with SOX controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in middleware/integration roles.
• 5+ years in a Product Manager or Solution Lead capacity within enterprise IT or Consulting.
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Oracle Fusion ERP/SCM.
• Proven experience in EDI integrations within Supply Chain environments.
• Experience designing integrations with 3PL providers and retail trading partners.

Nice to have

• Experience with Oracle AI agents, AI-powered automation, or Oracle AI solutions.
• Background in consumer goods, retail, or high-growth product companies.
• Experience with cloud-native integration patterns and microservices architecture.
