• Develop commercial models to meet the evolving needs of the travel marketplace.
• Distill large data sets into actionable insights to drive overall distribution strategy.
• Lead a team of direct reports and collaborate with internal partners to achieve key organizational goals.

Requirements

• Proven record of leading change across a business and managing direct reports.
• Deep expertise in the business travel industry and the distribution space.
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and organizational planning skills.
• Experience managing product and technology from a commercial perspective.
• Ability to work across multiple time zones as part of a global team.
• Strong relationship-building skills for collaborating with external partners.
