Salary: $116,760 – $221,880 (varies by state)

What you will do

• Own and communicate the product vision for Workday and other HR tools in Payroll and Total Rewards to align with strategic goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and technology partners to architect solutions and integrations based on industry best practices.
• Establish project management discipline and governance from planning through testing and delivery.
• Maintain the product and release requirements backlog, negotiating and prioritizing enhancements.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with Payroll and Time & Absence leadership.
• Provide final project sign-off and serve as an escalation resource for Tier 2 & 3 product issues.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 7+ years of experience in payroll, compensation, time & absence, HR systems, or related business/technology roles.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Deep understanding of global payroll ecosystems and their integration with benefits and compliance.
• Proven experience as a Product Owner or functional lead, including roadmap planning and backlog prioritization.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and facilitate complex cross-functional discussions.

Nice to have

• Workday experience with solid knowledge of Core HR processes and integration touchpoints.
• Experience with global payroll vendors and platforms such as ADP Global View.
