What you will do

• Design and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals and target audience personas.
• Develop and curate engaging content across LinkedIn, X, and Instagram, including text, images, videos, and interactive posts.
• Utilize AI tools to streamline content creation and experiment with innovative formats to expand reach.
• Monitor performance using analytics tools (Sprinklr, BlueOcean) and provide actionable monthly reports to senior management.
• Build relationships with followers and foster partnerships with industry influencers to amplify brand presence.
• Manage a content calendar to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in social media management within the Tech or SaaS industries.
• Native English speaker or near-native fluency (C2).
• Proven portfolio of successful organic social media strategies and campaigns.
• Hands-on experience with video editing and AI tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, motion design tools).
• Proficiency in social media management platforms like Sprinklr, BlueOcean, or ShareMe.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, including experience with Monday.com.
