What you will do
- Build and engage a community of 2M+ players across Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
- Create and manage consistent community content in collaboration with Monetization & VIP teams.
- Analyze community metrics and trends in partnership with BI & Economy teams.
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance player engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
- Monitor and respond to player feedback to ensure it is addressed within the studio.
- Coordinate with translators and external vendors to ensure high-quality localized content.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in community or social media management.
- Deep understanding of gaming communities, behaviors, and trends.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage and grow online communities across various platforms.
- Experience in content creation and use of creative tools.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in the gaming industry.
- Art-oriented background.
