What you will do

• Serve as trusted advisor to CISOs and security leaders, translating technical findings into business impact and cyber risk insights.
• Drive end-to-end lifecycle of customer relationships, including onboarding, assessment coordination, scoping, and execution.
• Maintain ongoing risk narrative connecting assessment results, platform insights, and remediation progress.
• Collaborate with internal red team, blue team, threat intelligence, and platform specialists for successful delivery.
• Guide customers on cyber exposure models, attack paths, and risk mitigation insights from hirify.global's platform.
• Support executive conversations on remediation prioritization, security investments, and risk reduction.
• Drive customer retention, identify expansion opportunities, and partner with sales on risk-based discussions.

Requirements

• 4+ years in cybersecurity, security consulting, cyber risk management, or technical customer success in enterprise environments
• Experience working directly with CISOs, security leaders, or executive stakeholders
• Strong understanding of enterprise security environments (networking, infrastructure, cloud) - required
• Ability to translate complex technical findings into clear, risk-based narratives for business stakeholders.
• Experience scoping or leading security assessments, penetration testing, or security reviews.
• Strong organizational, project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English

Nice to have

• Familiarity with cyber risk quantification (loss magnitude, likelihood, financial impact, FAIR methodologies).
• Background in security consulting, advisory, or enterprise architecture.
