Compensation: $150K - $180K

What you will do
- Identify and acquire high-value LPs, including institutional funds, DAOs, protocol treasuries, and on-chain whales.
- Analyze on-chain data and capital flow patterns to build targeted outreach strategies.
- Design tailored value propositions and narratives for institutional and on-chain native LP profiles.
- Manage ongoing LP relationships, providing onboarding support and yield optimization guidance.
- Coordinate with Business Development and incentives teams to create acquisition packages.
- Track the LP pipeline and report TVL attribution resulting from growth initiatives.
Requirements
- Dual fluency in institutional relationship management and on-chain mechanics (loop strategies, token mechanics, risk parameters).
- Professional experience in capital markets, treasury, or institutional BD within the DeFi or TradFi/DeFi intersection.
- Strong existing network among DeFi-native treasuries, institutional allocators, or custodians.
- Analytical, data-driven approach to identifying and prioritizing liquidity targets.
- Ability to function independently and build new processes in a fast-paced environment.
