What you will do

  • Acquire and develop trust-based relationships with a portfolio of major global institutional and VIP clients.
  • Expand existing customer relationships through sustained communication and a deep understanding of their needs.
  • Build key customer service processes and systems, formulate management rules, and track key customer status.
  • Analyze user behavior to identify hidden needs and communicate with various departments to provide optimal service solutions.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience in customer acquisition/origination with a clear track record of meeting KPIs.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools for lead and relationship management.
  • Ability to work autonomously and experience collaborating with regional sales teams.
  • Existing client portfolio including institutional clients, HNW individuals, prop trading firms, or commercial banks.
  • English: Fluency required for coordination with overseas partners and stakeholders.
  • Location: Must be based in South East Asia.
