What you will do

• Perform in-depth EDD reviews on high-risk clients, verifying funds/wealth sources, activities, and risk factors.
• Conduct blockchain investigations with tools like Chainalysis, Elliptic, and Crystal Blockchain to assess transactions and risks.
• Handle end-to-end case reviews in Transaction Monitoring, escalating to full EDD as needed.
• Investigate red flags from onboarding, monitoring, or alerts, and assign customer risk profiles.
• Prepare reports for stakeholders, regulators, and auditors; escalate SARs.
• Collaborate on enhancing EDD/AML policies and stay updated on crypto regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Law, or related field.
• CAMS, ICA, or equivalent AML certification preferred.
• 3-5 years in EDD, preferably fintech; experience with crypto monitoring and blockchain tools like Chainalysis.
• Strong analytical skills, excellent communication and report-writing.
• Familiarity with FATF, FinCEN, FCA; proficiency in OSINT.
