What you will do

• Deploy AI solutions into production for high-impact use cases in critical infrastructure.
• Develop tailored GenAI applications with fine-tuning, LLM integrations, and customer collaboration.
• Work with researchers and product teams on advanced projects and open-source contributions.
• Participate in pre-sales to provide technical guidance on Mistral products.
• Improve offerings based on feedback, focusing on security, compliance, and performance.

Requirements

• Fluent in English.
• PhD or Master's in AI, ML, Computer Science, or related.
• 2+ years AI/ML experience; proven track record leading teams from prototype to production.
• Deep expertise in fine-tuning LLMs, RAG, agentic systems, scalable NLP deployments.
• Proficient in Python, PyTorch, AI frameworks (LangChain, HuggingFace); strong software engineering (API design, backend/full-stack).
• Excellent technical communication; thrives in fast-paced environments.
