What you will do

• Design and build automation solutions using Azure AI Foundry, including model orchestration, vector search, and evaluation tooling.
• Develop Python-based AI services integrated with Foundry workflows, AI hubs, models, and datasets.
• Create reusable AI components, best-practice patterns, and guidelines for prompt design, model governance, and safe deployment.
• Deliver end-to-end intelligent automation for repetitive processes like document understanding, NLP workflows, RAG, and agentic automation.
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems via secure APIs, microservices, and Python scripts; build data pipelines for ingestion and embeddings.
• Collaborate with Payroll and Product SMEs to identify opportunities, translate requirements, and communicate AI concepts to non-technical audiences.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science or related field.
• At least 6 years of software engineering experience and 3 years delivering AI/ML solutions in production/enterprise environments.
• Proven experience with Azure AI Foundry or comparable Azure AI/ML platforms.
• Follow engineering standards: feature branches, unit tests, Azure Key Vault for secrets, Managed Identity authentication, responsible AI guardrails.
• Actively engage with SMEs, communicate AI limitations/risks, share patterns, escalate blockers early.
