What you will do

• Define and drive QA automation strategy, improving frameworks, coverage, and maturity
• Lead, mentor, and hands-on support a team of 4 QA engineers
• Design, build, and maintain scalable UI, end-to-end, and mobile automation frameworks
• Optimize automated tests in CI/CD pipelines for fast, reliable feedback
• Apply risk-based testing to prioritize coverage across UI, API, mobile, and manual layers
• Manage bug triage, reporting, and collaborate with engineering, product, and platform teams
• Expand into performance, load, and security testing

Requirements

• 6+ years in QA/Test Automation in production
• QA leadership/mentoring experience shaping strategy
• Strong manual QA foundation and automation judgment
• UI/end-to-end framework design experience
• Modern UI tools (Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, WebdriverIO)
• Mobile testing/automation (iOS/Android)
• API testing, test pyramid, CI/CD integration
• Defect management and QA reporting
• TypeScript/JavaScript/Python/Java/Kotlin (TypeScript preferred)
