What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of QA Engineers, providing guidance on automation best practices.
• Develop and implement comprehensive QA strategies, methodologies, and processes.
• Build and maintain a robust Test Automation Framework and integrate it into CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with Developers, Product Owners, and Business Analysts to define system requirements and automation strategies.
• Design and implement automated test scripts for web, mobile, and desktop applications.
• Develop and maintain automated performance, load, and security testing scripts.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a QA Automation Team Lead.
• Advanced programming skills in Python, Selenium, and a deep understanding of OOP.
• Proficiency in API testing and experience with test data management.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD principles and Agile rituals.
• Experience with BDD tools and frameworks (Cucumber, Gherkin, SpecFlow).
• Proficiency in performance testing tools like JMeter or Gatling and mobile automation (Appium).

Nice to have

• Experience with SpecFlow.
• Knowledge of shift-left testing and Test-Driven Development (TDD).
