What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain automated performance test suites for complex distributed systems.
• Identify bottlenecks, perform root-cause analysis, and collaborate with engineering teams on remediation.
• Generate performance reports with actionable recommendations for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Work with development teams to define SLAs, performance criteria, and workload models.
• Enhance frameworks for test execution, results analysis, visualization, and reporting.
• Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines.

Requirements

• 5+ years in performance testing or engineering.
• Hands-on experience with performance tools like K6, JMeter, Gatling, Locust, or LoadRunner (code-based preferred; Git required).
• Programming/scripting in Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Go.
• Understanding of distributed systems, API performance, databases, caching, networking.
• Ability to analyze metrics, identify bottlenecks, recommend improvements.
• Experience with high-traffic or mission-critical applications.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).

• Observability platforms (Prometheus/Grafana, Elastic).
• Containerized/cloud-native environments (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Event-driven systems, Kafka, microservices.
