Location: Hybrid (UK) — blend of offices, client sites, and home. Must be based in the UK; cannot work at home 100% of the time.

What you will do

• Design and implement automation test strategies and frameworks aligned with business goals.
• Lead the development of automated test solutions using tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Tosca, or EggPlant.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality is embedded throughout the SDLC.
• Guide teams in BDD practices using tools like Cucumber or SpecFlow.
• Manage test assets using GIT and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
• Engage with stakeholders to communicate test strategies, progress, and outcomes effectively.

Requirements

• Proficiency in at least one OOP language (Java, Python, or C#).
• Hands-on experience with functional and automation testing across web, API, and mobile platforms.
• Proven ability to create or adapt automation frameworks.
• Familiarity with test management tools (Jira, TFS, ALM) and API testing tools (Postman, Ready API, Soap UI).
• Valid UK work authorization/residency.
• ISTQB Foundation certification or willingness to obtain it with company support.

Nice to have

• Exposure to testing systems using AI technologies.
• Experience contributing to testing practices in Agile, DevOps, and Waterfall environments.
