What you will do

• Create automated and manual test plans to identify bugs in functionality, usability, and performance.
• Develop and execute detailed test cases based on project specifications and requirements.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and designers to resolve issues and ensure timely delivery.
• Document defects through clear and concise bug reports with reproducible steps.
• Perform regression testing to validate bug fixes and ensure system stability.
• Contribute to the improvement of QA processes, methodologies, and strategies.

Requirements

• Must be based in Guatemala (Hybrid).
• 4+ years of proven experience as a QA Engineer.
• Proficiency in automated testing frameworks such as Cypress or Appium.
• Experience testing APIs using Postman or similar methodologies.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• English proficiency (verbal and written) is essential.

Nice to have

• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and involvement in DevOps practices.
• Experience with mobile-specific testing frameworks and methodologies.
