What you will do

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of business agreements in collaboration with sales and senior management.
• Serve as the regional point of contact for all contract-related inquiries.
• Advise executives on potential risks in business agreements and provide clear recommendations for decision-making.
• Ensure that business objectives and compliance requirements are upheld at all times.
• Implement and adhere to internal guidelines for approving customer proposals.
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency of risk analysis and assessment.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Laws or first state examination (Master of Laws preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of commercial contracting and negotiating experience in a corporate legal department.
• Strong understanding of commercial contracting principles, risk assessment, and negotiation strategies.
• Experience with manufacturing and supply agreements; development agreements experience is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a dynamic, multinational environment.
• Very good written and spoken proficiency in both German and English.
