What you will do

• Act as a trusted legal advisor for business stakeholders across the EMEA region.
• Provide strategic, solution-oriented support focusing on IT, Operations, and Supply Chain matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements and legal documents.
• Develop and standardize internal legal frameworks, contract templates, and policies.
• Collaborate with the EMEA Legal Team on regional and international projects.

Requirements

• Fully qualified lawyer, admitted to the German bar.
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Professional experience in an international company or law firm is highly desirable.
• Business-oriented mindset with strong analytical skills and a pragmatic approach.
• Structured working style with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and confidence in advising senior stakeholders.
