What you will do

• Act as the primary legal expert for internal and external stakeholders.
• Design, review, and negotiate contracts for customers, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Monitor and analyze global regulatory developments in e-invoicing.
• Create and conduct internal legal training sessions.

Requirements

• Law degree from Austria or Germany.
• Profound experience within a law firm or an internal legal department.
• Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken).

Nice to have

• High affinity for the IT industry and interest in IT law.
• Willingness to familiarize yourself with specialized fields like e-invoicing.
