Compliance Manager (w/m/d)

What you will do

• Act as expert for all compliance questions and manage interactions with external and internal stakeholders
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve the company’s compliance management system
• Identify, assess, and monitor compliance risks
• Align closely with Security department on obtaining and maintaining ISO certifications
• Translate regulatory requirements into internal policies, controls, and processes
• Drive adoption through targeted trainings and awareness initiatives

Requirements

• Very good command of written and spoken German and English
• Degree in law, business, risk, or similar — or equivalent hands-on experience
• 2-3 years of experience in a compliance function, ideally in tech/SaaS environment
