What you will do

• Process optical fibers, mechanical, and optical components into complex assemblies under cleanroom conditions
• Align and fine-tune opto-mechatronic systems in cleanroom
• Perform quality inspections on manufactured systems
• Operate software-based testing and measurement equipment
• Evaluate and document test results according to customer specifications

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in mechatronics, precision optics, precision mechanics, or comparable technical field
• Or practical experience requiring high fine motor skills, even from non-technical professions
• Confident handling of sensitive materials and enthusiasm for detail-oriented assembly
• Strong quality awareness and enjoyment of craftsmanship-focused manufacturing
• High resilience, quick comprehension, focus, and precision
• Basic PC skills, strong communication, and teamwork abilities
