Salary: €3.500–€5.000 gross per month, depending on experience

What you will do

• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) on complex electronic and mechatronic systems.
• Collaborate with quality, development, and manufacturing teams to identify failure modes and implement improvements.
• Define and execute containment actions for non-conforming products to support production flow.
• Translate technical findings into clear corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Document analyses and report conclusions to internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (BSc/BEng) in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Strong analytical mindset and structured problem-solving approach.
• Hands-on attitude and interest in working with technical products and equipment.
• Experience with troubleshooting at module or component level (advantage).
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a multidisciplinary environment.
