TL;DR
Account Manager (Fintech): Manage core customer relationships for 's data platform in private equity and venture capital with an accent on sales strategies for expansion, renewals, and satisfaction. Focus on identifying growth opportunities, conducting consultative demos, and overseeing end-to-end sales cycles.
Location: Onsite in Singapore office 5 days a week. Must be authorized to work in Singapore without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.

What you will do
- Achieve quarterly sales and retention goals while providing excellent client support as primary point of contact.
- Identify growth opportunities to expand user base and develop long-term strategies for client engagement.
- Conduct consultative client demos, business reviews, and product education sessions.
- Collaborate with Customer Success team on retention and growth, manage pipeline using Salesforce, Catalyst, Tableau, and Gong.
- Prospect new accounts via events, LinkedIn, and other channels; participate in global account manager meetings.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; 2+ years of sales or account management experience.
- Proven ability to close complex deals and oversee end-to-end sales process.
- Experience with Catalyst, Salesforce, or similar CRM; proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent verbal/written communication, presentation, negotiation, and prioritization skills.
- Interest in private equity/venture capital marketplace; self-motivated team player.
- Must be authorized to work in Singapore without visa sponsorship.
