Technical Support Manager (Feed & Biofuel)

Location: Geldrop, North Brabant, NL (Office-based with possibility to work from home; 15-25% travel abroad required)

What you will do

• Serve as technical interface between global teams, suppliers, and customers, including site visits.
• Provide support for wear parts: troubleshooting, RCA, and NCR resolution.
• Deliver technical training to internal teams and customers.
• Analyze deviations and recommend corrective/preventive actions for quality control.
• Consult on service activities from maintenance to emergency support.
• Use 3D equipment for reverse engineering non-OEM components.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and cross-functional projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Materials Engineering.
• Experience in Feed & Biofuel industry with market/products/customers knowledge.
• Skilled in SAP, MS Office, CAD (Autodesk Inventor).
• Fluent English and German (written/spoken).
• Analytical problem-solving, project management, leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel abroad 15-25%.
