What you will do

• Serve as the primary technical authority and identity security guru for assigned strategic clients.
• Lead the technical definition, scoping, and design of complex IGA solutions, including RFPs and SOWs.
• Own the technical execution of SOWs and orchestrate the successful delivery of professional services.
• Conduct regular in-depth technical reviews to optimize client environments and ensure platform value.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product Management to translate client feedback into product innovation.
• Develop and deliver advanced technical demonstrations and training sessions.

Requirements

• 10–15 years of experience in enterprise-class Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) and/or Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions.
• 10+ years of proven project leadership in scoping and delivering large-scale identity security projects.
• Experience with core IGA platforms: SailPoint, Okta, Oracle OIM, or hirify.global.
• Proven experience working with SaaS security platforms.
• Proficiency in Core Web Technologies (XML, SOAP), Databases (Oracle, MSSQL, MySQL), and Directory Services (LDAP, Active Directory).
• Expertise in stakeholder management, RFP responses, and producing detailed SOWs.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Privileged Access Management (PAM) tools like CyberArk, BeyondTrust, or Delinea.
• Understanding of security frameworks such as Zero Trust, NIST, and ISO27001.
• Knowledge of Access Management, SSO, and MFA concepts.
