What you will do
- Implement predictive channel-level unit economics for daily budget decisions and manage spend across Google/Meta.
- Establish end-to-end funnel metrics from creative to activation and keep weekly transparency via dashboards.
- Run tight experimentation loops: hypothesis, test, insight, decision with standardized metrics and kill criteria.
- Fix attribution stack to reach 85%+ coverage and audit/restructure the marketing team with clear KPIs.
- Deliver outcomes like attribution scale-up by day 30, LTV/CAC boost by day 60, and automation plans.
Requirements
- B2C subscription scaling track record with personal accountability (MRR scale-up).
- Strategic + hands-on: comfortable in ad platforms, data, fast iteration, strong ROI discipline.
- Technical depth in events/pixels, data pipelines, attribution stacks, integrations.
- Experimentation-first mindset with high testing velocity, strong learning loops, competitor awareness.
- Cross-functional mindset across marketing, product, engineering.
