What you will do

• Execute organic growth strategies via LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms to drive user acquisition without paid ads.
• Create authentic and polished social media content (Reels and posts) for the company brand and the founder's profile.
• Conduct rapid marketing experiments, capture data, and pivot tactics quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Build and maintain lead databases and automated follow-up schedules using HubSpot.
• Maintain the marketing website in Framer and implement SEO and LLM (AI search) optimization strategies.
• Manage cold outreach via email and messaging platforms and provide administrative support to the founder.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in organic growth or startup environments.
• "Hackish" problem-solving ability to maximize software features for low-cost, high-end results.
• Proficiency with HubSpot, Framer, and video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Canva, or Adobe).
• Deep understanding of organic social algorithms, SEO, and AI/LLM optimization.
• Availability to work during Singapore business hours.
• Ability to execute projects independently after brief directional brainstorming.
