What you will do

• Serve as technical authority, providing guidance and strategic direction for client hirify.global implementations.
• Lead technical scoping, design, RFP responses, project plans, ROMs, and SOWs for identity solutions.
• Own technical delivery of professional services, troubleshooting, and escalation for projects.
• Conduct technical reviews, optimize environments, and identify expansion opportunities.
• Monitor issues, champion product improvements, and deliver client training and demonstrations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and manage operational tasks like resourcing and invoicing.

Requirements

• 10–15 years in enterprise IGA/IAM, with hands-on engineering, architecture, and problem-solving.
• 10+ years leading large-scale identity projects from scoping to post-go-live.
• Expertise in project lifecycle: planning, resource management, documentation, and stakeholder handling.
• Client-facing skills to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Mandatory substantial IGA experience; proficiency with SailPoint, Okta, Oracle OIM, or hirify.global.
• Technical stack: XML, databases (Oracle, MSSQL), LDAP/AD, Java/.NET/C++, REST, SaaS platforms.

Nice to have

• PAM knowledge (CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Delinea).
• Security frameworks: Zero Trust, NIST, ISO27001.
• Access management: SSO, MFA.
• RFP/SOW experience and program board leadership.
