Operations Client Partner (French): Serving as the primary operational contact for corporate clients to deliver tailored solutions and manage project lifecycles with an accent on requirement gathering, quality assurance, and cross-functional coordination. Location: Must be based in Warsaw, Poland (Hybrid: 2 days/week in office).
Salary: 102,000 – 120,000 PLN gross per year.

What you will do
- Act as the primary operational point of contact for corporate clients, managing requirements, delivery timelines, and quality issues.
- Coordinate with internal Customer Success and Sales teams to ensure accurate information exchange and project alignment.
- Translate client requirements into actionable internal work orders and monitor progress through to delivery.
- Partner with internal operations teams to troubleshoot inquiries and ensure efficient workflow resolution.
- Identify opportunities to enhance client data and suggest improvements for more robust database production.
- Participate in operational, quality review, and escalation meetings to maintain high service standards.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience working with corporate clients is a MUST.
- Fluency in both English and French is required.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to interpret data.
- Excellent communication skills and a client-centric mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple projects effectively across different teams.
- Must be able to work from the Warsaw office 2 days per week.
