TikTok Shop specialist agency driving GMV growth for beauty, fashion, lifestyle and FMCG brands in the UK, US and EU via live commerce, affiliates, creators and paid media. Clients include P.Louise, Unilever, L'Oréal and Free Soul.

What you will do

  • Plan, launch and manage TikTok ad campaigns across prospecting, retargeting and scaling, optimising for spend, pacing and ROAS.
  • Develop paid strategies to drive traffic and conversions on TikTok Shop product listings, aligning with merchandising and promotions.
  • Run creative testing frameworks, analyse performance data and provide feedback to scale high-performing content.
  • Track metrics like ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR and GMV; deliver insights and test new audiences and formats.
  • Collaborate with influencer and live teams to amplify creator content and livestream events through paid distribution.

Requirements

  • Experience running paid media campaigns on TikTok Ads Manager.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing and e-commerce growth.
  • Managing ad budgets and optimising campaigns at scale.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
  • Understanding of creative testing and scaling winning content.
  • Experience with beauty, fashion, lifestyle or FMCG brands (bonus).
