Influencer Marketing Manager (TikTok Shop): Own portfolio of ecommerce brands on TikTok Shop, act as strategic lead for clients with an accent on influencer/affiliate strategy, e-commerce trading, merchandising and performance optimisation. Focus on building growth plans, optimising GMV, AOV and conversion rates through data-driven decisions and client collaboration.

Location: Hybrid working with offices in London and Manchester, United Kingdom

What you will do

  • Own portfolio of ecommerce brands on TikTok Shop, lead strategy, performance and delivery as main client contact
  • Build commercially grounded growth plans and translate business goals into trading actions
  • Own trading calendars, product merchandising strategy including selection, bundling, pricing and promotions
  • Optimise AOV, conversion rate and GMV, identify underperforming SKUs and scale winners
  • Develop and execute influencer/affiliate strategies, work with creators on priorities, content and incentives
  • Monitor performance metrics, lead client reviews with insights, forecast GMV and use data for decisions

Requirements

  • Proven experience in influencer marketing for ecommerce brands
  • Strong understanding of influencer campaigns, gifted strategies and ownership of brand P&L for influencer marketing
  • Comfortable with performance data, GMV targets and commercially minded decision-making
  • Strong communication skills with internal teams and clients

Nice to have

  • Experience with TikTok Shop, marketplaces or social commerce
  • Background in beauty, fashion, lifestyle or FMCG ecommerce
