What you will do

• Manage day-to-day relationships with affiliates, partners, influencers, agencies, and contractors.
• Develop and deliver performance activities across Affiliate, Partnership, and Influencer channels.
• Conduct regular Post Campaign Analyses (PCAs) to evaluate channel effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Brand and Creative teams to implement brand guidelines and channel best practices.
• Deliver regular channel forecasting and reporting cadences.
• Ensure channel impact supports the overall company Commercial Plan.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in a Performance Marketing role (agency or client-side).
• Native level English language proficiency (oral and written).
• Proven experience in planning and delivering at least one of the following: Affiliates, Partnerships, or Influencers.
• Proficiency with GA4, digital attribution, and metrics such as LTV:CAC.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid setup based in Richmond, UK.

Nice to have

• Experience working with D2C, subscription models, or within the Pet Vertical/dog food industry.
