What you will do

• Lead UK marketing platform and technology landscape, aligning with global frameworks and local needs
• Define and embed end-to-end marketing performance model as single source of truth
• Develop cross-channel measurement and attribution frameworks for complex B2B journeys
• Translate performance data into actionable insights on pipeline, engagement, and revenue impact
• Drive advanced analytics and predictive modelling to identify audiences and optimise investments
• Lead experimentation culture and team of growth marketers, partnering with stakeholders

Requirements

• Solid experience in performance marketing, marketing analytics, or growth strategy in B2B/technology
• Proven track record driving growth through data-led strategies
• Experience managing marketing technology stacks and performance frameworks
• Strong expertise in demand generation, digital marketing, and channel-driven models
• Stakeholder management skills in fast-paced, matrixed environments
• Must live within reasonable commuting distance of Milton Keynes office
