Location: Hybrid in Stockholm, Sweden (onsite primarily, up to 2 days WFH). No visa sponsorship provided.

What you will do

• Act as the primary legal partner for product, marketing, sales, and security teams to embed "privacy by design".
• Draft and negotiate data protection and commercial terms in sales and vendor agreements.
• Partner with the product team to ensure new features are launched in line with global privacy regulations.
• Design and maintain scalable internal policies, templates, and compliance frameworks.
• Support enterprise sales in reducing friction during privacy negotiations.
• Lead vendor-related legal work, including risk assessments and ongoing governance.

Requirements

• Law degree (jur.kand or equivalent).
• Approximately 2-3 years of experience in a law firm or as in-house counsel.
• Hands-on experience in data privacy and information security.
• Strong skills in contract drafting and commercial negotiation.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Must have the right to work in Sweden (no visa relocation sponsorship provided).

Nice to have

• Experience in SaaS, cloud, or product-led companies.
• Understanding of technical concepts like cloud infrastructure, data flows, or AI.
• Experience building scalable compliance frameworks.
