What you will do
- Develop and execute marketing strategy for brand awareness and engagement.
- Manage and grow LinkedIn, social media, email, SMM, and SMS channels.
- Build, manage, and mentor marketing team (content, design, channel specialists).
- Lead branding: tone of voice, messaging, visual identity, content consistency.
- Oversee campaign planning, execution, reporting, and operational processes.
- Conduct market/competitor analysis and optimize performance metrics/ROI.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and support marketing materials creation.
Requirements
- 3+ years as Marketing Manager.
- Multi-channel experience (LinkedIn, social, email, SMS).
- AdTech, MarTech, or B2B SaaS products experience.
- Strong branding, digital marketing, content strategies.
- Experience with U.S. and European markets (B2B/digital).
- Analytical mindset, KPIs tracking, data interpretation, campaign optimization.
- Marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, similar).
- Fluent English.
- Excellent communication and project management.

- SEO, paid media, analytics knowledge.
- Managing external agencies/vendors.
