What you will do

• Develop and execute marketing strategy for brand awareness and engagement.
• Manage and grow LinkedIn, social media, email, SMM, and SMS channels.
• Build, manage, and mentor marketing team (content, design, channel specialists).
• Lead branding: tone of voice, messaging, visual identity, content consistency.
• Oversee campaign planning, execution, reporting, and operational processes.
• Conduct market/competitor analysis and optimize performance metrics/ROI.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and support marketing materials creation.

Requirements

• 3+ years as Marketing Manager.
• Multi-channel experience (LinkedIn, social, email, SMS).
• AdTech, MarTech, or B2B SaaS products experience.
• Strong branding, digital marketing, content strategies.
• Experience with U.S. and European markets (B2B/digital).
• Analytical mindset, KPIs tracking, data interpretation, campaign optimization.
• Marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, similar).
• Fluent English.
• Excellent communication and project management.

• SEO, paid media, analytics knowledge.
