What you will do
- Develop and maintain a structured experimentation roadmap to improve email conversion rates.
- Ideate, design, and launch A/B and multivariate tests on copy, CTAs, send times, and full funnel flows.
- Analyze test results with statistical rigor and roll out winning experiments across all brands at scale.
- Monitor competitors' email strategies, flows, and offers to identify trends and opportunities.
- Conceptualize new email sequences and lifecycle flows focused on driving sign-ups and conversions.
- Track and own key growth KPIs including conversion rate and revenue per email.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in email marketing, growth marketing, or CRO with a track record of improving conversion metrics.
- Solid experience with Customer.io or equivalent platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Brevo).
- Proficiency in Mixpanel or similar analytics tools for experiment tracking.
- Strong understanding of A/B testing methodology and statistical significance.
- Location: Must be based within ± 4 hours of CET.
- Strong command of AI tools to integrate into daily workflow for copy generation and research.
Nice to have
- Experience working with subscription-based or direct-to-consumer digital products.
- Ability to write clear and compelling email copy for test variants.
