What you will do

  • Lead strategy, performance, and delivery for a portfolio of e-commerce brands on TikTok Shop.
  • Develop commercially grounded growth plans and translate business goals into weekly and monthly trading actions.
  • Manage trading calendars, including product selection, bundling, pricing, and promotions.
  • Design and optimize affiliate strategies, collaborating with creators to align offers and drive GMV.
  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics to forecast GMV and lead client reviews.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in e-commerce trading, merchandising, or online retail.
  • Deep understanding of CRO, AOV growth, promotional mechanics, and product lifecycle management.
  • Proficiency in working with performance data and managing GMV targets.
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and clients.
  • Must be based in or able to work from the London or Manchester offices.

Nice to have

  • Experience with TikTok Shop, marketplaces, or social commerce.
  • Background in beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or FMCG e-commerce.
