What you will do

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for integration and interoperability across the global portfolio.
• Develop clear value propositions, success metrics, and outcome-based OKRs.
• Collaborate with Strategic UX to shape experience direction and validate assumptions.
• Partner with engineering and architecture leaders to balance feasibility and scalability.
• Ensure alignment between product intent in Aha! and execution reality in Azure DevOps.
• Work with Product Marketing to support effective positioning and go-to-market strategy.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Product Management, specifically focused on software integration and interoperability.
• Proven experience defining product strategy and roadmaps in complex, cross-team environments.
• Hands-on experience with Aha! and Azure DevOps.
• Experience leveraging AI in product or delivery workflows.
• Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Must be based in Quebec City, Canada (Hybrid) and willing to travel up to 25%.

Nice to have

• Experience in AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) or infrastructure design and delivery environments.
