What you will do

• Develop test designs, user scenarios, test cases, and checklists in collaboration with PM and development teams.
• Identify, document, and track software defects while providing detailed resolution data for efficient fixing.
• Execute manual tests including regression, smoke, sanity, and exploratory testing to validate new features.
• Coordinate test activities across teams by tracking and reporting release quality metrics.
• Contribute to and drive the automated testing strategy to enhance coverage, reliability, and efficiency.
• Mentor, coach, and provide guidance to junior and mid‑level QA engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM engineering discipline (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics).
• 5-8+ years of experience in Quality Assurance.
• Deep understanding of QA principles, methodologies, and techniques.
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on ownership and accountability for product quality.
• Technical knowledge of test environment setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Good communication skills in English.
